A clear agreement.
Read Heimdall’s terms for Premium lifetime access, responsible lead discovery, third-party usage fees, service availability, payments, and refunds.
Premium access
₹100 buys Premium access for the operating lifetime of the Heimdall product. Access starts after verification of a captured payment.
Separate API fees
Google Places and Foursquare bill your own provider account separately. ₹100 covers Heimdall access only and excludes these usage charges.
Responsible use
Use public business data lawfully and respect privacy, marketing requirements, and provider rules. Results and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed.
Provider permissions and launch review
API ownership does not grant unrestricted storage, export, resale or sharing rights. Full Google result storage, export and sharing remain subject to provider restrictions. The broader lead-discovery use remains subject to provider review. Heimdall is independent, not endorsed by these providers.
